Service Polices



It is required that a 24-hour notice is given in order to reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking.


Holistic Spectrums accepts all major debit and credit cards (expect American express) and cash. No checks or money orders.


We will not tolerate disrespectful language, inappropriate language or behavior, or threats. We reserve the right to deny services to any individual, at our discretion.

We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic.

Cancellations/ NO-SHOWS

Clients cancelling at least 24-hours in advance will receive a for full refund. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24-hours in advance, that will be considered as a no-show. Cancellations or no shows made less than 24hrs of scheduled appointment are subject to a non-refundable penalty of 25% from service cost. Clients wishing to reschedule after failing to comply with 24-hour cancellation notice, have up to one month from date of cancellation to reschedule, or will forfeit the payment made in it's entirety. There will be no exceptions made to this policy. By booking your session with Holistic Spectrums , you acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy.


There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments and you should contact Holistic Spectrums notifying us you will be late. If you are later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Therefore if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to a non-refundable penalty of 25% from service cost. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.


Holistic Spectrums is not responsible for any allergic reaction you may have to the products used to complete your service booked. You must inform service provider of any allergies or sensitivities you have prior to start of services. It is your job to ask questions to your service provider and doctor if you think you may be allergic to any ingredients in any of our products.


Intakes: these should be completed once per service. For example, you will only need to fill out an massage intake form the first time you have the service completed, UNLESS something changes such as an address, medical history, etc. It is up to you to complete an updated intake when your information or health has changed.


Per esthetics and massage services, please limit guest that attend the appointment with you to 1 unless they are being serviced as well. At this time, for mediation and life coaching + counseling services, we are asking that only those scheduled for services be in attendance.
